We understand that planning an event can be hard work so we are here to take away some of the pressure and help you or your event planner with the childcare for your event.
Our event consultants are here to help take away part of the planning and support you in finding the right solution for your event. Once you have completed the form to the right one of our consultants will be in touch to discuss your requirements. We will then arrange a face to face consultation to discuss your options this can either be held at our offices or in your own home. You will be given an information pack and together with your consultant a plan of the childcare for your event will be out together. Once we have a plan in place your consultant will liaise with your venue, event planner as well as yourself. Our consultants will visit your venue to check over the plan, complete rick assessments and to liaise with the venue personally. Your consultant will be in touch with yourself or your event planner throughout the full planning process.
Our event nannies work on OFSTED ratios and will always be first aid qualified. From 1-1 event nannies to pop up mini VIP play areas to separate area day or evening creche we can support your event. Our fees will include travel, accommodation (if required), set up and break down of equipment.
*Fees will be charged and invoiced to the client once childcare has been confirmed.
